Hi! I’m Jill, an instructional designer, career educator, and mom to one curious elementary school kiddo. I’ve spent years helping students discover what makes them shine and how to build a future that fits. I now create training programs for the electric utility industry, combining creativity and clarity to help professionals power the grid safely and effectively. When I’m not designing lessons or developing NICHE Mindset, you’ll find me exploring the Midwest with my family and planning our next adventure.
Alison Rivera
I’m Alison, a lifelong career counselor, mom, and big believer in helping students find their spark. I’ve guided young adults at top universities across the country including Columbia University, Indiana University Bloomington, and University of Chicago as they explore their strengths, gain real-world experience, and learn to see their potential in new ways. I've also managed the early career and internship programs at SiriusXM so I have the insights of being an employer & what helps young adults to stand out as they start their careers. I live just outside New York City, where I balance family life with my passion for helping students grow and thrive. When I’m not dreaming up new ways to make career exploration approachable, I’m traveling with my family, discovering hidden gems, and making memories that stick.

We are also moms, balancing the demands of family and career, just like you. This personal experience fuels our passion for guiding today’s youth. We understand the challenges of aligning one’s true self with future aspirations. That’s why we are dedicated to integrating career research and practical experiences into our teachings, helping students explore their NICHE Mindset and confidently take their next steps.
