I now create training programs for the electric utility industry, combining creativity and clarity to help professionals power the grid safely and effectively. I’m Alison, a lifelong career counselor, mom, and big believer in helping students find their spark. I’ve guided young adults across the country as they explore their strengths, gain real-world experience, and learn to see their potential in new ways. I live just outside New York City, where I balance family life with my passion for helping students grow and thrive. When I’m not dreaming up new ways to make career exploration approachable, I’m traveling with my family, discovering hidden gems, and making memories that stick.
